Mr. Rossignol is the Publisher of the St. Mary's Today newspaper in St. Mary's County, Maryland.
Notable Events
The newspaper and it's publisher, Mr. Rossignol, have achieved national fame for what has become known as the Newspaper Caper. The incident has become an important freedom of speech case.
