Roy Dyson was born in [[Great Mills, Maryland]], November 15, 1948 to Marie and Leroy Dyson. Roy has an identical twin brother, Lee. Dyson has been involved in politics since his teens. He is currently the State Senator for [[Legislative District 29]] and has also served in the Maryland House of Delegates and U.S. House of Representatives.
