Jennifer S. Abell is the Director of the March of Dimes for Southern Maryland and a long-term resident of Charles County. She is a member of the New Life Wesleyan Church, La Plata Kiwanis Club, Charles County Chamber of Commerce, Charles County Commission for Women and Partnerships for a Healthier Charles County and the Fetal Infant Mortality Review Board. She is also president and treasurer for the Indian Head Swim Team and a youth leader at New Life. Mrs. Abell lives in La Plata, Maryland with her husband and four children. She was first appointed in 2004, and elected in November 2006.
